These terms apply to the S-JARVIS SMS service operated by fishyDIY.

Service description

S-JARVIS is a private, low-volume personal-assistant service. Authorized users may send requests to S-JARVIS and receive responses, requested reminders, task confirmations, system status notifications, and security alerts. S-JARVIS does not send marketing or advertising messages.

Enrollment and consent

Before receiving the S-JARVIS contact information, each authorized user speaks directly with the operator. The operator reads the disclosure documented in the S-JARVIS SMS Consent Process, and the user must affirmatively state, “I agree to receive S-JARVIS text messages.” Only after that verbal consent does the operator privately provide the service’s contact information. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to your requests and configured alerts. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging plan.

Opt out and help

• Reply STOP to cancel messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance.

After you text STOP, you may receive one confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you contact the operator and complete the verbal consent process again.

Availability

Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network operator. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. S-JARVIS may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time.

Acceptable use

You may not use S-JARVIS to submit unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized requests. Access may be restricted when necessary to protect the service, its operator, or others.

Privacy

Your use of S-JARVIS is also governed by the S-JARVIS Privacy Policy.
