S-JARVIS Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how fishyDIY and the operator of S-JARVIS (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handle information associated with the S-JARVIS SMS service.

Information we collect

When you communicate with S-JARVIS, we may receive and process:

Your mobile telephone number.
The content of messages you send to S-JARVIS.
Responses, reminders, task updates, and alerts sent by S-JARVIS.
Technical and delivery information, such as message status, timestamps, and related service logs.

How we use information

We use this information only to operate, maintain, secure, and improve S-JARVIS; respond to authorized requests; deliver requested reminders, task updates, and system alerts; troubleshoot problems; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Mobile information and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose limited information to service providers, such as telecommunications, hosting, and infrastructure providers, only as necessary to operate S-JARVIS. Those providers may process information on our behalf but may not use it for their own marketing.

SMS choices

Participation is voluntary. Initial consent is collected verbally by the S-JARVIS operator before an authorized user receives the service’s contact information. The S-JARVIS SMS Consent Process documents the disclosure and affirmative-consent procedure. Message frequency varies according to user requests and configured alerts. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Data retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no electronic system or transmission method is completely secure.

Children’s privacy

S-JARVIS is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as S-JARVIS changes. The effective date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
